In response to growing consumer demand, Riceland Crawfish announces it will expand its Acadiana-based operations through construction of a 33,000 sq. ft. building and an additional $2 million of capital expenditures. The expansion will result in 10 new full-time jobs and help the company retain 60 current jobs.
